Come out and support this independent film from Jim Libiran, entitled "TRIBU". From what i've heard parang "HUSTLE & FLOW" daw to, pero naka focus cya sa mga rappers at gangsters ng tondo. Very realistic daw at kasama pa ang local hiphopers ,Dice ,Jamir ng Slapshock atbp. Although hindi naman puro gangsters lang ang Hiphop dito sa pinas, totoong may ganitong eksena sa tondo. So suportahan natin to, at ipakita natin na solid ang Hiphop lalo na pag may ganitong mga eye-opener na indie films. -E.Jamora

If we're not mistaken, Francis M's First Single wasn't "Mga Kababayan" but it was the Jimmy Antiporda produced radio-friendly ditty called "Gotta Let Cha Know". With it's Catchy Hook and New Jack Swing Beat, this single hit the charts in 1990. When i first heard it, i even thought it was foreign. Check out this Super Rare EXTENDED Version, from the 12" vinyl it came out.
