We all know poppin and breakin' was really big in Manila in the early 80's.i heard stories of strutters hangin out in the old Quad in Makati (now Glorietta) practicing their moves. Here's an early clip of a teenage Francis M strutting on Tv circa 1984..Check out his fashion style back then.Classic!
