2009 DMC Finals

The battle for supremacy on the wheels of steel @ The 2009 DMC Phil. is gonna be held on August 9, 2009 @ StageCraft Grounds

Plus the Grand Launch of "DJ Academy.Com" is gonna be held on same event.

There's gonna be a lot of Dj's who will be competing for the crown and Hip-Hop/Rap acts will also grace the stage as guest performers.
Last year we've seen Pikaso, Krazykyle, People's Future, Sly Kane to name a few who performed on 2008 DMC Finals @ Hard rock. and the awarding surprised a lot of heads. When the Mega Team (Dj, MOD, DJ Sonny, Dj Ouch) appeared as presenters. This year we hope that there's another surprise for us.

Here is the set of the 2008 DMC Phils. Champion "Dj Skin Khadafi". Who represented the country on last year's DMC World Finals that was held in UK.

One of the best Dj's in the local hiphop scene now, Dj Paul the supreme fist has been a DMC Philippine champion and has represented us at the last Pioneer Dj battle held at Thailand last year. He also rocks the club scene all across asia and beyond. But you can hear most of his remixes everyday every noontime because he's the resident musical scorer for Eat Bulaga. So if Wowowee has Dj Coki, Eat bulaga has Dj Paul. Check out this scratch track he did for the FUBU compilation entitled "Supreme Fist"

First we have a long lost mixedtape from DMC champ Dj Coki..This was released wayback late 90's when he won the DMC championship.. This is a nonstop scratchmix, check it out!

This is another lost gem, this time from Dj Arbie Won. He was one of the first lokal dj's to released mixedtapes here in the p.i, as early as '95..I even have a newave megamix on cassette. But this one is fairly recent, this was given as a giveaway at one of his gigs in 2004. This one is called "Born in Shaolin vol.1"..Kinda like a megamix of our favorite wu-tang joints. Check the intro and yall know watsup.

DMC Phil. Finals

The 2007 DMC Philippine finals is happening this monday August 27 at the Hard Rock Cafe in Makati, the show starts at 9pm. Check out as the contenders battle it out for a chance to represent the country in London for the world finals. Since it's inception, the DMC has been long dominated by Filipinos. Check out this video as we look back to the one of the best ever ([perhaps best) team routines in DMC History. The Triple combo of Dj's Apollo, Q-Bert and Mixmaster Mike at the 1992 DMC Finals.
